South Forbes Tokyo Mansions Townhall Meeting and 2019 Christmas Party
The South Forbes Tokyo Mansions Homeowners had a townhall meeting and christmas party celebration last December 7, 2019 (Saturday) at the Tokyo Mansions Clubhouse. The townhall meeting was called to discuss and decide whether to agree to settle amicably with Cathay Land (developer of Tokyo Mansions). An offer is on the table made by Cathay Land to finally rehabilitate the facilities. The dispute is about the current state of facilities (swimming pool, fence, and clubhouse) is at a deteriorated state which the HOA cannot accept for the turnover. It is the position of the HOA that the developer must turnover the said facilities at acceptable conditions prior to the acceptance of HOA so that the developer can apply for the certificate of completion of the subdivision project from the HLURB.
The townhall meeting was followed by a christmas party attended by the Tokyo Mansions Homeowners and friends from Phuket Mansions and Racha. Give away gifts and raffles were awarded to the employees of the village association (security guard and maintenance crew).
