To all prospective real estate buyers and future members, whether if purchasing from Cathay Land Inc. (developer) or from an existing member, please be guided accordingly, you may verify with our Tokyo Mansions HOA admin located in the clubhouse, as the “property of your interest for acquisition”, may have an outstanding H.O.A. dues/ payments in arrears.
It is on our assumption that when you acquire a property, this paragraph is included in your Deed of Absolute Sale;
“The SELLER warrants that they are the absolute owner of the PROPERTY, possess legal and valid title to it, FREE OF ALL CLAIM, LIENS, OPTIONS, AND ENCUMBRANCES, and that they shall defend the BUYERS right to peacefull possession of the subject property.”
Otherwise, if the property you acquired have an outstanding balance with the H.O.A dues/ payment in arrears, and was not settled by the previous owner, the arrears will be carried over to your account as a member.
