 COMPLETED PROJECTS
  • CCTV Camera: CCTV Cameras have been installed and commissioned at the Tokyo Mansions Gate.

  • Automated Boom Barrier & RFID System: Automated Boom Barrier & RFID System have been installed. Two stickers will be issued for every household for free. Extra RFID tags can get it for 200 Php per sticker.

  • Electrical Fence: The installation of Electrical Fence in the vicinity of our Tokyo Mansions Guard House and East Perimeter Fence has been completed

    Reimbursement of Real Property Tax: On process with CLI.

  • Finance Committee : The finance committee was formed on December 2, 2018 composed of the following:
