Last years (December 2018) Southforbes Tokyo Mansions townhall meeting held at the village clubhouse, it was discussed that there will be a 30% tax that will be imposed to the association for its revenues for year 2018. It was reported that the tax is computed to be approximately around Php 900,000.00 more or less. The members present unanimously agreed that instead of remitting this to the tax authorities we might as well spend a portion of the savings in priority projects that can be implemented before the end of the year for the benefit of our community. Consequently, the members present unanimously voted to prioritize and implement the following projects with estimated cost of 1.33M;

1. Repair and Construction of Childres Playground
2. Replacement of Street Lamps to LED Lamps
3. Additional CCTV Cameras for the Village
4. Multi-Purpose Court
5. Service Vehicle
6. Gym Equipments
7. Iwata Air Coolers
8. 65″ Smart TV
9. Entertainment System
